Commitment to Wavai

• Wavai is not responsible for sales, purchases, or commercial dealings between retailers and consumers.
• Wavai’s mission ends after providing the online store service, and the company is not involved in any other transactions or dealings.

Laws for Building an Online Store

• Any eligible person has the right to build an online store on Wavai.
• The store must comply with the laws and regulations in the Arabian Gulf, and the retailer is responsible for disclosing the type of business they conduct.
• Wavai disclaims any responsibility for stores that violate local laws, and reserves the right to reject any store or activity that breaches these laws.
• All retailers must comply with applicable laws, including those related to e-commerce, information crime, and electronic transactions.

Obligations for Registering and Creating Accounts

• By registering on Wavai, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Wavai is not responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• You must adhere to the terms of use and the privacy policy.

Platform Rights
